List of varieties/species 2007-2008 |
Version: 10/10/2007
(direct to the list) |
| Dear berry lover You have arrived at our catalogue. This is only a limited selection of the things we grow. We have selected these varieties as we find that they seem to have a good resistance to most diseaeses and as such are more certain to give a good harvest. With a minimum of care, they will grow in any average garden soil. For specific questions please do not hesitate to contact us.(mail@proeftuin.info) |
| You can buy plants at the address
given. We are open every saterday morning from 8h30-12h00 (from November
19, 2007 till end of Marc 2008), or by appointment. Please note that we are a small nursery, which means that availability of most varieties is limited. When acceptable we can recommend an alternative variety, or reserve it for next season. |
| Orders can be mailed to all EU countries. Orders can also be sent to non-EU countries if customs regulations allow the import of the plants. Such orders are sent at the customer's own risk. This is done at the actual cost. (see shipping details and conditions). There are special conditions regarding the shipment of larger plants (+P9 pots) (shipping costs). | ||
| If you prefer to choose a variety by actually seeing the berries themselves, then our "open-house" would be the ideal opportunity for you. This open house is always organised the second weekend of July (July 8 and 9, 2006). You cannot only 'admire' the berries, but you can actually 'taste' moste of the berries... which is a nice way to select the varieties that most appeal to you. | ||
| Are you looking for 'organic' grown plants? We can offer you a limited stock of organic plants. | ||
When you buy plants from us, we try to help you with growing them by providing a leaflet with some general information about the type of berry bush you have purchased... (currently only in Dutch, english version available from next season). |
We do our best to deliver bushes that fruit soon after planting so that people can enjoy fresh fruits from their own garden soon after planting... (see also the information in our catalogue...) |
